Social Prescribing Drop-In Session Comes to Foleshill Surgery

Need support with your wellbeing, finances, housing or feeling more connected to your community?

Patients are invited to attend a free Social Prescribing Drop-In Session taking place at Foleshill Surgery on 27 October.

Social Prescribing is a personalised approach that helps people access practical, emotional and social support within their local community. Social Prescribers can help with a wide range of non-medical issues that may be affecting health and wellbeing, including:

  • Loneliness and social isolation
  • Financial concerns and benefits advice
  • Housing issues
  • Employment and volunteering opportunities
  • Lifestyle support and community activities
  • Improving overall wellbeing

The informal drop-in session provides an opportunity to speak directly with a Social Prescriber, learn more about the support available, and explore services that may help meet individual needs.
