Ordering repeat prescriptions
The easiest ways to order repeat prescriptions are:
- using your NHS account
- using the GP online system: Patient Access
We do not take prescription requests over the phone. If you do not have a smart phone to order your repeat medication online, please come to site and complete a prescription request form.
We require all patients to have a nominated pharmacy to enable your prescirption to be directly electorinically sent to your pharmacist.
Collecting your prescription
You can usually collect your prescription 2 working days after you have ordered it.
Questions about your prescription
If you have questions about your medicine, your local pharmacists can answer these. They can also answer questions on medicines you can buy without a prescription.
The NHS website has information on how your medicine works, how and when to take it, possible side effects and answers to your common questions.
Medication reviews
Patients on regular medication should see a doctor or nurse at least once every 6 months for a medication review.
If you require a medication review let us know and we will contact you to arrange a phone consultation with one of our clinicians.
