Hope monthly newsletter

1st April 2026

As March draws to a close and the first signs of spring appear, we are looking ahead. This year is all about choice more ways to join a Hope Programme, in more places, and in formats that fit around people’s lives. In this issue, we are spotlighting our growing menu of Hope Programme courses and sharing a quick snapshot of what we were up to at Digital Health Rewired 2026.

In this issue:

  • Hope Programme expands offer
  • Liese’s Hope story – Hope Programme for hip or knee pain
  • Hope on the road: Digital Health Rewired 2026
  • Happy Easter, join our online community and share Hope

If something in this newsletter catches your eye, if you’d like to explore ways we can work together, or if you have any feedback or topic suggestions, we’d love to hear from you. Get in touch at hope@h4c.org.uk.

Last year, you told us you wanted more flexibility, more choice and more ways to complete Hope and we listened.

Thanks to our partners and funders, we have expanded the range of Hope Programme courses so people can choose what works best for them by group, location and delivery format. There are now 28 courses open for booking on our website over the next 3 months, including in person, virtual, online group and self-guided options for people living with long term conditions and carers.

You can now browse all our current courses in one place on our website and book directly. Remember, if you live outside a specific area, you can still book but please note that places are subject to availability.

Liese’s Hope story: Support at the point it was needed most (Hope for hip or knee pain)

When severe hip pain began to affect Liese’s mobility, mood and ability to keep working, she turned to the Hope Programme at a time when she needed support most. While waiting for surgery, Hope gave her practical tools, encouragement and a sense of connection that helped her feel less alone and more able to cope.

On 24 and 25 March 2026 were at Digital Health Rewired 2026 at the NEC in Birmingham, flying the flag for the Hope Programme. We were hosted by Health Innovation West Midlands to showcase how Hope can support people living with long-term conditions and carers.

Our social enterprise was part of the Grow Digital Midlands 2025 cohort helping innovators scale their technologies to address some of the most pressing challenges in healthcare today. We will soon share news about new projects that are due to launch in April and May, brining Hope to the Midlands!
